Ingredients
Base Chia Pot – Add the flavouring you like
  • 1/2 cup Plant MilkCoconut milk, almond milk, coconut water or water or you can add whatever liquid you like
  • 1 bighandful Baby spinachFor added nutrition; you can leave this out if you wish
  • 2Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 – 3 soaked Dates

Instructions
  1. Put liquid, spinach, soaked dates and all flavours into blender and blitz until smooth. Tip into container, add chia seeds and any fruit you might like. Stir through really well and put into the fridge to set. Topping with delicious goodies before serving!
