WELLNESS is more than an absence of disease, it is feeling completely ALIVE, having vitality and THRIVING in life, not just simply surviving!

I am Michaela Nieves – Naturopath, wellness coach, plant based practitioner and founder of Vital Wellness Naturopathic & Holistic Wellness Coaching.

As a naturopath it is common to see individuals for a variety of reasons, however one of the most noticeable afflictions and cause of much dis-ease that I see in practice is simply a general lack of overall wellness. Often these individuals have neglecting themselves to the point where the body no longer has the materials needed to stimulate and support the body’s own healing mechanisms in which to restore wellness and achieve optimal health.

Wellness relates to the potential of an individual and it’s this belief that inspired me to create Vital Wellness Coaching Programs; to help people to become aware, motivated & empowered to reach their full potential!

Vital Wellness is a holistic approach to living; helping women create a clear vision for their health & wellness and to transform their health & life from the inside out, whilst feeling supported to achieve these wellness goals. Programs at Vital Wellness specially designed to allow women to transform or up level their health, through the use of a variety of wellness principles and holistic health solutions to create a foundation in which to resolve dis-ease, build complete health and overall total wellness.
