These incredible Bountiful Coconut Bliss Bites are a healthy vegan alternative to one of my childhood favourites; the bounty bar! Seriously who doesn’t absolutely love the classic combo of coconut & chocolate!!! These heavenly and utterly mouth watering recipe is one of the best!!! When I first went vegan I was pretty heartbroken at the thought that bounty’s were a thing of my past but with this recipe there is no missing out on anything and even better… they are healthier, gluten free & from what I can remember even more DELICIOUS!!!
