Base Chia Pot - Add the flavouring you like
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk Coconut milk, almond milk, coconut water or water or you can add whatever liquid you like
- 1 big handful Baby spinach For added nutrition; you can leave this out if you wish
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 - 3 soaked Dates
Apple Pie
- 1/2 cup Apple Juice
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 2 soaked Dates
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Toppings
- Drizzle Coconut Milk stir through before adding toppings
- 1 grated Apple
- chopped Walnuts
- flaked Coconut
- drizzle Maple Syrup
Chocolate Coconut
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 3 soaked Dates
Toppings
Banana Split
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 soaked Dates
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Toppings
- Crumbled Walnuts
- Sprinkle Cinnamon
- Sliced Banana
- Drizzle Coconut Milk if too thick

Instructions
- Put liquid, spinach, soaked dates and all flavours into blender and blitz until smooth. Tip into container, add chia seeds and any fruit you might like. Stir through really well and put into the fridge to set. Topping with delicious goodies before serving!
